In recent years, many people have rediscovered the advantages of receiving a treatment at home. The ease and convenience of receiving a treatment in your own home is really a great benefit. Age, chronic conditions, or an injury may make transportation is an issue for many people, but it is not an issue if I can come to your home!
Many people are surprised when they hear that I do house calls. I have been told that I am one of the few acupuncturists who will do house calls these days, and they really appreciate it. But I get a lot out of the experience myself. In a way it is an honor to be invited into a person’s home. And seeing how my patients live in their own home gives me a much deeper sense of who they are and how I can tailor my acupuncture treatments be most effective for them.
